My name is Chloe. I'm an Irish American Christian girl who loves her life. I have three hobbies, watching planes theough my window using my binoculars, studying the country Ireland and writing books as well as blogging. Let me define my hobbies so that you can get a better understanding as to what I love to do.
1) Watching planes - I live near an Airport and planes do come in low in my backyard. Basically I use my binoculars to see what airline is coming into land. It is a simple hobby that keeps me happy.
2) Studying Ireland - My dad was born and raised in Ireland. After I've visited the country so many times, I began to fall in love with it. I have a map of ireland hanging in my kitchen so it helps me try to find certain areas. I also rent books from the library to give me a better understanding what The rest of Ireland is like. After all I'm half Irish and I do have family there so it's pretty awesome!
3) Writing - I currently am writing this book called My Dream Life on this website called Wattpad. It's a simplistic site for teens and adults to be creative with their ability to write stories of their own. I've been writing way before I had a wattpad account. I was eleven years old when I first started writing short stories. Now I'm writing chapter books. It gives me a way to empty my brain.
When I'm not engaging in my hobbies, I'm usually watching Netflix by myself or TV with my mom and dad. On Netflix I'm currently watching this tv show called Switched At Birth. This show is really deep and feels realistic compared to other shows. On regular TV, sometimes I watch Modern Family, Family Fued, My 600lh Life or NBC News. I have this tradition that every night at 11pm, I watch the news so I can keep up as to what is happening in the world. Minus the politics.
I should mention that I have five baby betta fish. All five have names which are Rihanna, Betty, Ashley, Ruby and Grace. Three black fish and two pink ones. Really beautiful sea creatures. I just got them on May 1st. They're only a month old. It's really cool to watch them transform into beautiful adult fish.
I used to work at the New York Public Library of the Performing Arts but I left to find a better job. I worked there for four years. Now I'm looking for a job that isn't too far from where I live. It used to take me an two hours to get to my old job. Way too long of a train ride for me. Plus if you add the delays it could be two hours sometimes three. Yeah I live in New York City and here you can't wake up assuming your train ride will be smooth. Nope there's always a delay with the MTA. Metropolitan Transit Authority. It gets worse if you live in Long Island, New Jersey or future out because Amtrak, Metro North, New Jersey Transit and Long Island Rail Road can easily go from being great to crappy within seconds. It always amazes me that people want to work in New York City and travel long hours on the train let alone pay a lot of money to get into work and home. But hey I guess those people are what we call strong. Meaning people who aren't ready to quit.
Anyway where was I, oh yes I was giving an introduction about who I am. You already know my hobbies, how many pets I have, what shows I like to watch, but there's one thing you don't know about me. I love to food. Not just any food, I mean food like chocolate, fried chicken, chicken curry, boneless pork chops and French fries. Now hold on, when I say I love chocolate, I don't mean just any brand of chocolate. I'm talking about Irish and U.K Cadbury and Nestle chocolate Hershey M&ms and Reese's and Chocolate Cadbury buttons are my absolute favorite. Oh my gosh the way the chocolate melts in your mouth and leaves a delightful after taste is what I call heaven. You really can not dislike Cadbury it just is too delicious to resist. Oh and Reese's are also heaven. Keep in mind I do not like peanut butter but some how I fell in love with Reese's. Weird I know. It gets weirder because I didn't use to always eat meat. I used to live on soup, rice, toast and even cereal. It wasn't until I was 19 maybe 20 that I started liking meats after I saw a therapist. Now I can't get enough of it.
